LED Fresnel
Watt for watt, FilmGear®’s LEDs output 4-5 times as much light as a traditional tungsten bulb. If you’re still using smaller tungsten lampheads, now’s your chance to upgrade to either a 150W LED Fresnel or a 250W LED Fresnel, equivalent to a 650W or 1000W tungsten light, though both versions come in 5600K daylight as well. The increased efficiency also means that these LED lampheads give off only a fraction of the heat, so you can stay cool all through the summer heat.
FilmGear®’s LED chips are not only more efficient than traditional bulbs, but also way longer lasting. All FilmGear® LEDs are rated to last at least 30,000 hours, so you can safely say goodbye to holding up production to change bulbs on set.
Power LEDs
If you’re looking for a floodlight with the same efficiency of our LED Fresnels, look no further than FilmGear®’s Power LED panels. Each of the LED chips has its own individual wide angle lens, perfect for filling areas with light. The panels come in 40W, 80W, 160W, 240W, and 360W options, all with dimming functions and an external diffusion filter, so whether you’re looking for a punch of light or something more subtle, Power LEDs have got you covered. The 240W and 360W versions also come in bi-color options for more control over the color temperature. Additional accessories like barndoors and travel cases both wheeled and unwheeled are available for purchase as well.
